Job summary
UNIZEN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an L2 Desktop Support specialist in Singapore to provide end-user assistance across desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, Office 365, Outlook and Teams, and diagnose hardware, software and network issues. You will imaging systems, installing software, performing patches and upgrades, and managing user accounts via Active Directory while handling ITSM tickets and supporting meeting rooms/VC systems.
Qualifications
- Strong Desktop Support experience across hardware, software and networks.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 desktop support for desktops, laptops, printers and hardware.
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, Office 365, Outlook, Teams & business apps.
- Diagnose hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
- Perform imaging, software installation, patching and upgrades.
- Support printers, scanners, docking stations and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory.
- Handle tickets through ITSM tools.
- Support meeting rooms and video conferencing.
- Ensure endpoint security and IT security compliance.
- Assist onboarding/offboarding and device allocation.
- Provide professional customer service to end users.
