Job summary

UNIZEN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an L2 Desktop Support specialist in Singapore to provide end-user assistance across desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.

You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, Office 365, Outlook and Teams, and diagnose hardware, software and network issues. You will imaging systems, installing software, performing patches and upgrades, and managing user accounts via Active Directory while handling ITSM tickets and supporting meeting rooms/VC systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Desktop Support experience across hardware, software and networks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and hardware
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, Office 365, Outlook, Teams & business applications
• Diagnose hardware, software, network & connectivity issues
• Perform system imaging, software installation, patching & upgrades
• Support printers, scanners, docking stations & peripherals
• Manage user accounts, password resets & access permissions via Active Directory
• Handle tickets through ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, Freshservice or similar ITSM tools
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing & collaboration systems
• Ensure endpoint security, antivirus & IT security compliance
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device allocation & account setup/deactivation
• Provide professional customer service to end users

Requirements

• Strong Desktop Support experience
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software & network issues
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory & ITSM tools
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
