Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. in Singapore seeks a desktop support technician to manage desktop device incidents from start to resolution. You will handle IMAC and deskside support, hardware and software maintenance, and desktop image lifecycle for field users at the client site.

Responsibilities include patching, security checks, VIP deskside support, and using Windows imaging, SCCM, Intune, AD, BitLocker, Outlook, and ServiceNow to keep systems secure and productive.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows operating systems and imaging (Windows 7/11).
• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, AD, and BitLocker.
• Experience with Outlook administration and service management tools.
• Knowledge of security requirements and antivirus management.
• Familiarity with VIP deskside support and onsite IT services.
• 3–5 years of relevant desktop support experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device (hardware, software, and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
• IMAC and deskside support services.
• Hardware and software break-fix for laptops and desktops.
• Provide conference room, remote desktop, and event support at the customer location.
• Maintain standard hardware/software configurations and desktop images across lifecycle.
