Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user services, diagnose issues, and escalate when needed. The role covers desktop hardware and software, Windows OS, Office, and MobileIron, with rotation for after-hours standby.

Shortlisted candidates will join a one-year agency contract; a Degree in CS is required and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science with 4 years of experience in desktop support.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with the End-user computing environment and desktop support workflow.
• Able to perform basic network troubleshooting (Telnet, tracert, DNS) and security scanning (McAfee).

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical onsite support for end-user services, including diagnosis and escalation.
• Offsite standby support for after-hours incidents on a weekly rotational basis.
• Answer incoming calls promptly during duty hours and return calls for missed contacts.
• Install, re-install, troubleshoot, and reconfigure desktops, notebooks, printers, iPads, and scanners.
• Configure Microsoft Windows, Microsoft applications, and in-house MobileIron on desktops/notebooks.
