Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support Engineer to ensure daily IT operations. You will support end-users, resolve hardware/software issues, and maintain inventories across multiple sites in Singapore.

The role requires 1–3 years in a busy helpdesk, strong Windows experience, and knowledge of Exchange/AD. Shift work covers mornings and evenings, with on-site remote support capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on helpdesk or desktop support experience.
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and common business applications.
• Technical knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Group administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily routine checks on IT infrastructure to ensure operations before office hours.
• Provide first-level support to end users via remote access or on-site.
• Install and configure software per customer standards and patch as needed.
• Handle user inquiries on software usage and troubleshoot OS, in-house software, printers, and PC issues.
• Maintain user profiles and PC inventory; follow help desk call-tracking procedures.
