Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support specialist to provide daily on-site and off-site technical assistance across desktop, network, and system environments in Singapore. You will ensure SLA commitments are met through proactive troubleshooting and responsive ticket handling.

The role requires a Diploma in IT, solid Windows OS knowledge, basic networking, and strong customer-focused communication. Willingness to travel and work rotating shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
• Experience in desktop support and Windows OS, basic networking.
• Customer support experience is advantageous.
• Good troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to multiple sites.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (AM/PM).

Responsibilities

• Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance and troubleshooting onsite and offsite.
• Provide on-site support for systems, network and desktop troubleshooting to meet SLA.
• Work with product team on system enhancements or troubleshooting.

Provide on site support for various systems, network and desktop troubleshooting, to ensure that the service meets the SLA

To work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or relevant discipline
• Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking
• Experience in customer support environment will be advantageous
• Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills
• Willing to travel to multiple sites
• Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM).
