Responsibilities

• Provide 1st to 2nd level desktop support for end-users
• Work closely with customers and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with technical support of desktop PCs, applications and IT peripherals.
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
• Respond promptly to incidents and provide resolutions.
• Manage hardware and software requisition and inventory.
• Support IT-related activities as requested by users or clients.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties.
