Job summary

Masters Career Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote support for desktops, systems, and networks in Singapore. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with the product team to drive system enhancements.

Some travel to client sites may be required. Candidates hold a Diploma in IT or related field, with preferred desktop support experience and solid Windows OS/networking

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktops, systems, and networks
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Perform routine maintenance and system support to meet service standards
Work with the product team to resolve technical issues and support system enhancements
Travel to customer sites when required
