Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced L2 IT Support professional to troubleshoot Windows client platforms, manage incidents, and ensure timely resolutions.

The role includes on-site support at Ubi Office and customer sites in Singapore, and involvement in rollout projects and asset management. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Information Technology with at least 3 years in L2 IT Support, strong networking and Active Directory skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years in L2 IT Support, preferably in end-user environments.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking, Windows/Wintel, and Active Directory administration.
• Willing to travel to client sites island-wide in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting for Windows client platform related issues.
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate, and provide resolutions.
• Perform service requests related to Windows client platforms.
• Monitor service levels and document system configurations; provide reports.
• Involve in Windows client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
• Follow up with vendors on hardware replacement.
• Perform asset management and update asset records.
• Perform user accounts management (create password, reset password & delete).
• Perform local server administration to support software distribution and patch management.
• Manage Windows client platform implementation / upgrade projects.
• Ensure service levels meet requirements; propose action plans when required.
• Prepare weekly operations reports (Virus, System failure, backup).
