Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience in Technology Administration or IT support.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Interest or experience in technologies is a plus.
• Independent, resourceful and results-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Experience performing ICT equipment support, troubleshooting and setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT/desktop support as the first point of contact.
• Troubleshoot client platform related problems.
• Respond to incidents and provide timely resolutions and status updates.
• Handle service requests for client platforms.
• Monitor service levels and document system configurations.
