Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Desktop Engineer to deliver onsite desk­top support for end users, manage tickets, and ensure daily IT operations run smoothly.

You will install, configure, image PCs, troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain assets, and document processes. Candidates should have a IT-related Diploma or Degree and hands-on experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, or End User Computing is preferred.
• Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware troubleshooting, and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic IT issues.
• Install, configure, migration and re-image PCs and laptops.
• Manage IT support tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
• Track and maintain IT assets and devices.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant support teams.
• Prepare and update IT documentation and user guides.
