QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Desktop Engineer to provide on-site IT support for desktops and laptops in Singapore. You will handle user requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain computer systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role focuses on resolving incidents, supporting end users, setting up devices, and maintaining an enterprise environment. Monitoring SLAs and documenting procedures are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, or End User Computing preferred.
• Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware troubleshooting, and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic IT issues.
• Install, configure, migration and re-image PCs and laptops.
• Manage IT support tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
• Track and maintain IT assets and devices.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant support teams.
• Prepare and update IT documentation and user guides.
