Job summary

MONETEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. You will provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals, serving as an escalation point for complex issues.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to IT projects, ensure security and policy compliance, and collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to maintain high availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years IT support experience, with at least 2 years in senior/lead role.
• Strong Windows and macOS expertise, Microsoft 365, and enterprise collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; act as escalation point.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and security tools.
