Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a Desktop Engineer in Singapore to provide IT/desktop support as the first point of contact for customers. You will ensure software and licenses comply with standards and address a range of IT topics and issues.

You will perform end-user support, troubleshoot client platforms, manage assets, and assist with server administration for software distribution and patch management. You will also collaborate with vendors and internal teams on projects and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ years in Technology Administration.
• Some network knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide End User Support – Client Management.
• Troubleshoot client platform problems.
• Respond to incidents and provide resolutions with timely updates.
• Handle service requests for client platforms.
• Monitor service levels and document/configure systems; provide reports.
• Assist in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware replacements.
• Maintain asset records and conduct asset management.
• Perform local server administration for software distribution and patch management.
• Ensure deliverables meet SLAs and propose action plans as needed.
• Establish facilities management standards for project consistency.
• Submit progress reports.
