Qualifications

• 1+ years in Technology Administration or related field.
• Some network knowledge is a plus.
• Good computer literacy with MS Office.
• Independent, resourceful and results-driven attitude.
• Experience with ICT equipment support and setup is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform End User Support – Client Management.
• Troubleshoot client platform related problems.
• Respond to incidents with timely updates and resolutions.
• Process service requests for client platforms.
• Monitor service levels and document system configurations; provide reports.
• Assist in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware replacements.
• Perform asset management and update asset records.
• Administer local servers to support software distribution and patch management.
• Submit progress reports.
