Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support specialist to resolve Level 2 tickets and support laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. You will manage user accounts and SAP roles, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and maintain IT asset records at our Jurong East site.

The role includes setting up meeting-room AV equipment and supporting IT projects and service improvements. The position offers a competitive salary and a one-month completion bonus, with on-site work

Qualifications

• Min Diploma is required.
• Relevant experience in IT support, desktop support or end-user computing.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2 IT support tickets.
