Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist dentists in dental treatments including general and specialist dentistry.
• Support the Practice Manager in overseeing treatment effectiveness.
• Manage stock taking and ordering of dental supplies.
• Handle difficult patients and ensure service quality.

Job description

The candidate must be able to take on the following roles :

• able or willing to assist dentists for dental treatments ranging from general to specialist dentistry. Able and willing to learn and maintain high level of infection control procedures.
• Able to understand and grasp dental treatment procedures.
• Support the Operations / Practice Manager in overseeing the effectiveness of carrying out dental treatment procedures
• Oversee and establish inventory standards for medications, supplies and equipment.
• Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
• Liaising with external companies such as laboratories and X-ray centers and companies on simple admin / operation matters.
• Service orientated. Able to manage and handle difficult patients
• Team worker yet exhibit strong leadership qualities
