We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Delivery Lead.

In this role you will:

• Drive project delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
• Assisting business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs
• Manage the delivery of complex customer and staff experience enhancements from design through to release
• Input to Business Case preparation, providing context and data to underpin assumptions
• Responsible for collaborating across multiple teams to deliver end‑to‑end value to customers: shape, deliver and embed
• Brings structure and order to undefined and large‑scale problems, making them easier to address and solve
• Empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement
• Ensure awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communications on the project status throughout its lifecycle
• Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team
• Develop various project documentation to stakeholders (e.g. Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints)
• Participant in various governance forums, discuss, support and lead in presenting the key project progress, annual technology plan, risk, issues and escalations
• Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
• Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
• Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects

To be successful you will need:

• University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
• Knowledge of Wealth Business and project delivery experience
• Strong experience of managing and implementing complex changes in banking environments
• Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
• Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
• Ability to adopt a growth mindset and proactively identify and bring about change opportunities
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective change process
• Effective communication, inter‑personal and negotiating skills
• Excellent decision making and problem‑solving ability
