Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in conducting all test-related activities for server and rack products in production.
• Support and implement PXE server configuration for products.
• Execute and maintain the server and rack run testing process.
• Carry out and oversee the burn‑in and power testing processes.
• Test and analyze production product failures, collaborating with engineers for improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
• Update and track the test program master list.
• Prepare and update work instructions.
• Provide training on work instructions to production teams.
• Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
• Assist production during mass runs.
• Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.

Requirements for AE/Technician

1. Diploma in engineering with 1‑3 years of experience in server and rack manufacturing.
2. Strong team player.
3. Ability to work effectively with peers, superiors, and occasionally with customers and HQ/factory teams.
4. Knowledge of SAP.
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
6. Willingness to work shifts.
7. Strong understanding of testing methods and concepts (for test roles).
8. Programming and debugging skills (for test roles).
