Job summary

Persol Outsourcing Singapore is seeking Frontline Customer Service Officers to support daily operations for Singapore’s transport network. Rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 off) and permanent 10am–10pm shifts offer flexibility; company transport is provided from Boon Lay/Jurong East MRT.

• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions.
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.

Persol Outsourcing is partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit Frontline Customer Service Officers. Be the friendly face of Singapore’s transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.

Working Hours / Location:

• Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off

• Perm Shift: 10am to 10pm (with 2 hours break)

• Company transport provided! Pick up from Boon Lay / Jurong East MRT station
