PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring for a Customer Service – Payment Handling role in Tuas. The job involves handling payments, assisting with daily operations, and providing friendly service to customers. Transport is provided for convenience.

Rotating shifts with day and night options, 4 days on and 2 days off. On-site position with company transport from Boon Lay / Jurong East MRT stations.

Qualificações

• GCE N-Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• Positive attitude, cheerful personality, and strong team spirit.

PERSOL Outsourcing is working with a well-established transport statutory board to hire customer-focused and responsible individuals for the role of Customer Service – Payment Handling.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide friendly, efficient service

• Manage facilities and perform daily system operations

• Respond promptly to urgent issues to ensure smooth daily operations

• Count, verify, and reconcile payments at the end of each shift using POS machine reports

• Assist the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily on-site operations

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification, with at least 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience

• A positive attitude, cheerful personality, and strong team spirit

• Meticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high work volumes

• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Working Hours & Location

• Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, 4 days on and 2 days off

• Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

• Breaks: 2 hours per shift

• Location: Tuas

• Company Transport: Pick-up provided from Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT stations
