PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Payment Processing Officer to support daily cash handling and customer service for Singapore's transport network. The role is based in Tuas and includes shift work to cover operations.

You will be part of a friendly team, handle enquiries, and ensure smooth workflows while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Experience in cashiering and customer service is an advantage.
• Cheerful, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive work attitude.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and perform under a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling work matters.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly.
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively.
• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions.
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.

We are partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit Payment Processing Officer. Be the friendly face of Singapore's transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.

Working Hours / Location

• Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
• 10am to 10pm & 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
• Tuas, with company transport provided
• With attractive Allowances + Incentives!
