PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Payment Processing Officer to support daily cash and customer service operations from our Woodlands team. The role involves processing payments, resolving enquiries, and ensuring accurate cash reconciliations across rotating day and night shifts.

You will work in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy, teamwork and proactive service, with attractive allowances and incentives on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Experience in cashiering or customer service is an advantage.
• Cheerful, proactive and a strong team player with a positive work attitude.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and perform under a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly.
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively.
• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions.
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

We are partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit Payment Processing Officer. Be the friendly face of Singapore's transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.

Working Hours / Location:

• Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
• 10am to 10pm & 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
• Woodlands
• With attractive Allowances + Incentives!
