Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service – Payment Handling role in Woodlands, Singapore. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, process payments, and support on-site operations with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.

Rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 days off) with day and night shifts vorgesehen. This role offers opportunities to gain experience in payment operations and customer service within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level, with at least 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• A positive attitude, cheerful personality and strong team spirit.
• Meticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high work volumes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Manage facilities and perform daily system operations.
• Respond promptly to urgent issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Count, verify, and reconcile payments at the end of each shift using POS machine reports.
• Assist the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily on-site operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

PERSOL Outsourcing is working with a well-established transport statutory board to hire customer-focused and responsible individuals for the role of Customer Service – Payment Handling.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide friendly, efficient service
• Manage facilities and perform daily system operations
• Respond promptly to urgent issues to ensure smooth daily operations
• Count, verify, and reconcile payments at the end of each shift using POS machine reports
• Assist the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily on-site operations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Breaks: 2 hours per shift
