Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering with a transport statutory board in Singapore to hire for the role of Customer Service - Payment Handling. The position involves interacting with customers, handling transactions, and ensuring reliable service.

Transport is provided for added convenience, with work located in Tuas. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing daily operations, and reconciling payments, while maintaining discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification with at least 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Manage facilities and perform daily system operations.
• Respond promptly to urgent issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Count, verify, and reconcile payments at the end of each shift using POS machine reports.
• Assist the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily on-site operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification, with at least 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience
• A positive attitude, cheerful personality, and strong team spirit
• Meticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high work volumes
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Working Hours & Location

• Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, 4 days on and 2 days off

• Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Breaks: 2 hours per shift
• Location: Tuas
• Company Transport: Pick-up provided from Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT stations
