PERSOL Outsourcing is hiring for a Customer Service – Payment Handling role based in Tuas, Singapore. You will handle customer inquiries, process payments, and support daily operations on rotating 4-on/2-off shifts, including night hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

The position offers company transport from Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT stations, attractive allowances, and opportunities to gain experience in payment operations within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification, with at least 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• A positive attitude, cheerful personality, and strong team spirit.
• Meticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high work volumes.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

PERSOL Outsourcing is working with a well-established transport statutory board to hire customer-focused and responsible individuals for the role of Customer Service – Payment Handling.

• Assist the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily on-site operations
