PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore is hiring Frontline Customer Service Officers to be the friendly face of Singapore’s transport network. The role involves handling inquiries, cashiering responsibilities, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Rotating and night shifts are available with company transport provided. Prior cashiering and customer service experience is an advantage, and candidates should be cheerful, proactive, and team-oriented.

Persol Outsourcing is partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit Frontline Customer Service Officers. Be the friendly face of Singapore’s transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.

Working Hours / Location:

• Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off

• Perm Shift: 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)

• Company transport provided! Pick up from Boon Lay / Jurong East MRT station

• With attractive Allowances + Incentives!

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly

• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively

• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions

• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
