Job summary

This role involves supporting on-site datacenter infrastructure, installing and troubleshooting hardware, and managing inventory. Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Engineering and have over 2 years of relevant experience. CompTIA certifications are advantageous. • Over 2 years of relevant DC or IT Support & Monitoring experience.
• Ability to handle data bearing devices (e.g. hard drives, SSDs).

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of on-site datacenter physical infrastructure.
• Install, replace and troubleshoot cables and hardware.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and inventory management.

Skills

CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+

Basic Structure Cabling (BSC)

Education

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline
