- Hands-on experience in Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel), Documentation control and supporting system/process improvements.
- Develope interactive dashboards and conducted training sessions to improve service delivery and operational understanding.
- Hands on experience with Agile methodology.
- Use Excel to build dashboards and generate reports that improved visibility of KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- Apply advanced Excel functions to automate reporting and enhance data analysis efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and present periodic data reporting and performance summaries.
