Program Overview

The Data Center Technical Trainee Program is a structured 6–12 month development initiative designed to nurture future data center operations professionals. Trainees will rotate across our various data centers located throughout Singapore to gain hands‑on exposure in core operational areas. Through on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and classroom learning, you will build a solid foundation in both technical and operational aspects of data center management — preparing you for a rewarding career in this dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of senior engineers and managers, trainees will:

• IT Operations Support: Assist with server hardware installation, network cabling, troubleshooting, and inventory management.
• Infrastructure Operations: Learn and support the maintenance and inspection of key facilities such as power systems, cooling systems, and environmental monitoring.
• Asset Management: Participate in the receiving, tracking, inventory, and decommissioning of IT assets (servers, network devices, etc.) within the data center.
• Security Management: Support the implementation of physical security procedures, assist in audits, and help ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
