Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technical experts responsible for the management, support, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, and network infrastructure within a Data Center environment.
• Oversee network configuration changes, troubleshoot faults, and ensure smooth operations of the Data Center network.
• Ensure the proper installation, configuration, and operation of systems and equipment in the Data Center.
• Manage capacity specifications and optimize resources to meet operational needs.
• Manage Data Center capacity specifications, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues related to Data Center networks or servers.
• Implement and monitor changes to system services and configurations as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Serve as a point of contact between the technical team, management and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of data center activities.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in Data Center operations.
• Proficiency in Data Center infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and network systems. Familiarity with fault management, system installation, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in managing a technical team, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers.
• Availability for shift operations (7x24 coverage).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
