GI HR SERVICES PTE. LTD. represents a global Swiss mechatronics client seeking a Head of Data Centre (Electrical & Cooling Systems) to drive growth across the data centre ecosystem.

Location: China or Taiwan with up to 50% regional mobility, reporting to VP – General Industry. The role combines P&L ownership, strategic market expansion, and executive-level engagement with hyperscalers, OEMs, and service providers.

Qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of sales/marketing experience in the data center sector.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Deep knowledge of MV/LV power, UPS, cooling technologies and energy storage integration.

Responsabilités

• Own data center division P&L and business strategy.
• Lead enterprise solution selling and strategic account management.
• Mentor KAMs and Field Sales Engineers and drive execution.
• Engage with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and OEMs.
