Job summary

LVI Associates partners with a global industrial solutions provider to appoint a senior leader to drive growth across the APAC data center market, with a strong focus on cooling technologies (liquid & air).

You will lead the growth strategy, develop business with hyperscalers, colocation players, OEMs and integrators, and build senior client relationships. Travel regionally will be required as you guide a regional team and influence procurement decisions.

Qualifications

15+ years' experience in sales/business development within the data center industry.
Strong network across hyperscalers, OEMs, integrators and consultants.
Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and cooling technologies.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth in APAC.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute APAC growth strategy for data center cooling solutions.
Drive business development across hyperscalers, colocation players, OEMs, and integrators.
Build and manage senior client relationships across the data center ecosystem.
Identify and influence key stakeholders in the specification and procurement process.
Track industry trends (immersion cooling, direct-to-chip) and translate into commercial strategy.
Collaborate with regional/global teams to capture new opportunities and expand market share.
Lead and grow a regional team.
