Job summary

midea (singapore) product pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Data Center Solutions Sales professional in Singapore to lead end-to-end business development for cooling and infrastructure offerings.

You will engage hyperscale data centers, operators, and integrators, understanding technical and business needs to propose air cooling, liquid cooling, chillers, and related solutions. This role requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management and offers clear growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, project sales, or key account management experience.
• Experience in Data Center, HVAC, cooling systems, infrastructure or related industries preferred.
• Experience with Hyperscale Data Centers, System Integrators, Consultants, M&E Contractors, or Data Center operators advantageous.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for sales and business development of Data Center solutions and achieve revenue, order intake, and growth targets.
• Focus on key Data Center customers including Hyperscale DCs, Colocation operators, System Integrators, Consultants, Contractors, and strategic accounts.
• Develop understanding of customers' requirements and provide solutions including air cooling, liquid cooling, chillers and other Data Center cooling solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, consultants, system integrators, and project stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, engagement, proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract award, and handover.
• Collaborate with Technical Solutions, Project Delivery, Product, Supply Chain, and Service teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and projects are delivered successfully.
• Monitor market trends and competition, provide market intelligence and sales forecasts to management.
• Maintain sales pipelines, account plans, project status, and customer information with regular reports.
