Job summary

You will manage tickets, monitor infrastructure, assist with remote hands, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and 1–2 years in a data centre, with strong English communication and willingness

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field (ITE or Polytechnic).
• 1–2 years Data Centre experience.
• Familiar with ticketing tools and monitoring systems.
• Able to troubleshoot servers and networks; good communication in English.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts and standby.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data centre operations including ticket management and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct health checks and report anomalies.
• Support equipment setup, cabling, and power cycling.
• Escort vendors and customers during visits and deliveries.
• Execute planned and ad-hoc maintenance per SOPs.
• Document activities and update SOPs; ensure shift handover.
• Participate in competency tests, audits, and reviews.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE adherence.
