Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks DC Operations Shift Technicians to support day-to-day data centre operations on a 12-hour rotational shift. You will handle ticket management, infrastructure monitoring, and remote hands tasks to keep facilities running smoothly.

Responsibilities include incident troubleshooting and escalation, health checks, equipment setup, vendor supervision, and adherence to SOPs/MOPs. Strong English communication and willingness to work day/night shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of data centre experience.
• Minimum ITE or Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience with ticketing tools and monitoring systems.
• Hands-on cabling, power cycling, hot swap, tape management, basic server/network troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily DC operations including tickets and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct health checks and report anomalies in DC facilities.
• Assist with rack/stacking and cabling tasks.
• Escort vendors/customers during visits and deliveries.
• Perform maintenance per SOPs/MOPs.
• Document activities and ensure proper shift handover.
• Participate in audits and operational reviews.
• Uphold safety and PPE and code of conduct.
