Job Introduction

Do you want to work in a highly dynamic environment? Are you passionate about Financial Data and Data Research?? Then our APAC Data Management Team wants to hear from you! We are an AGILE AND DRIVEN team responsible for creation and support of investment products across various asset classes and for both the China & Taiwan markets. Our goal is to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of reference data, market data and corporate action data.

What You Will Do

• Intraday analysis of corporate action data relating to market events such as rights and bonus issues, dividend declarations, share consolidations, share splits, initial public offerings, share buybacks, mergers and acquisitions for the China and Taiwan financial markets
• Support and maintain the lifecycle of instruments such as equities, bonds, funds, indices, warrants, derivatives and structured products for the China and Taiwan financial markets
• Respond to data queries from both internal and external clients; liaising with Chinese and Taiwanese stock exchanges, global customer support teams and third party data vendors
• Establish new data processes and quality checks to ensure continuous data quality

What You Bring

• Degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines
• Broad knowledge of a range of financial asset classes as well as an understanding of the value chain of financial information.
• Excellent customer focus and high level of accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and solution-driven mindset. Proactive and strong initiative in managing day to day activities
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Simplified and Traditional Chinese is a strong advantage
