• 2-5 years experience in operations, procurement, data analysis, or project coordination.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience with vendor sourcing, contract management, or procurement processes.
• Comfortable with databases, Excel, and learning new technology tools.
• Great communication skills and enjoy building professional relationships.
• Natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
