Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an organized Operations & Outreach Support Assistant to streamline outreach programmes across GRC, workplaces and partners. You will assist with data management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities include vetting monthly eDMs, coordinating events, and maintaining the department dashboard with timely analytics. You will work closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate data and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE A-Level with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, project, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI; Python for analytics.
• Experience in scheduling meetings and activities.
• Experience in invoice processing and data verification.
• Experience in basic data management and analysis (Excel & Power BI).
• Customer service and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Meticulous, numbers-focused, and able to multitask independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monthly eDM vetting.
• Assisting event scheduling, cancellation, penalty waiver, accounts management (create, enable, update and delete).
• Creation of surveys and monthly report.
• Monthly/weekly audit reports.
• Monthly accrual submissions from vendors.
• Monthly invoicing verifications.
• Monthly verification of co-trainer/co-facilitators deployment.
• Health Ambassador attendance reports.
• Attendance consolidation for Community Steps Challenge for Community Partners.
• Support data management and analysis for Outreach programmes, including consolidating datasets across various sources, tracking participation and programme outcomes, and maintaining the department dashboard.
