Job summary

Rainbow Centre in Singapore seeks an IT Operations professional to deliver and maintain technology initiatives under the IT Manager, ensuring alignment with Rainbow Centre's objectives.

You will manage campus technology infrastructure, inventory, and IT/AV services, provide end-user support, and lead projects and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include CCTV management and vendor coordination to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related IT field.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in information technology.
• Advanced knowledge of hardware, software, networks, telephony and AV systems.
• Experience with Computer Network Administration for wired and wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager to manage IT service delivery goals and improve end-user satisfaction.
• Provide end-user IT support (Service Desk) and manage print, infrastructure, network and telephony services, plus device maintenance.
• Update and maintain End User devices, IT Infrastructure and AV equipment; manage CCTV storage and reporting.
• Plan and execute IT/AV projects; coordinate with stakeholders to improve productivity and service delivery.
