Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a mid-level Data & Procurement Analyst to partner with clinicians and operational teams in Singapore. You will collect, manage and analyze clinical, operational and financial data, and design dashboards to support decision-making.

The role includes sourcing, tendering, contracting and ongoing vendor management to achieve cost-effective outcomes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years’ experience in procurement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, business analytics or related field.
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in healthcare/public sector or large corporate environments.
Proficient in Excel and Power BI; Python and SQL are highly preferred for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

Partner clinicians and stakeholders to collect, manage and analyze clinical, operational and financial data.
Design, develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and reports for performance monitoring.
Perform data mining, benchmarking and forecasting to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Lead end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, tendering, contracting, purchasing and vendor management.
Ensure data governance, integrity and consistency across reports and databases.
Drive automation and data visualization improvements to increase reporting efficiency.
