Job summary

DAS Umbrella in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage and optimize procurement and supply chain functions across demand planning, inventory, purchasing, supplier performance, logistics, and fulfilment. You will leverage data and analytical tools to improve stock levels and drive better purchasing decisions.

This role suits someone with strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and a penchant for automating workflows; you will build scalable processes and continuously improve

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data.
• Comfortable analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Able to communicate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
• Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse procurement and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate recurring procurement, inventory, and supply chain issues to determine root causes.
• Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to standardise best practices.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Operations, Product, and Logistics teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
• Support implementation of new operational systems and tools.
• Assist in improving supplier performance monitoring and procurement controls.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects across procurement and supply chain operations.
