Job summary

Enterprise Singapore is seeking an early to mid-career procurement professional to join the Finance, Procurement and Administration team in Singapore. You will manage the budget, drive value-for-money in purchases, and support digitalisation initiatives through data and automation.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Strategic Procurement, you will partner with divisions, ensure governance, and develop data analytics dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.

Qualifications

• Possess a tertiary qualification.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience; public sector procurement experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Organised and meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Foundational knowledge or interest in data analytics, automation, or digital tools (e.g. SQL, Python, generative AI assistants).
• Understanding of how technology and data can be applied to improve procurement or business processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership: consult divisions on procurement activities aligned with goals.
• Policy compliance: ensure transactions follow policies and governance standards.
• Policy development and implementation: review and drive procurement procedures.
• Stakeholder engagement: work with internal buyers to meet requirements.
• Risk management: identify and mitigate procurement risks.
• Technology & analytics enablement: assist in data analytics, dashboards, and AI use cases.
• Procurement data analysis & reporting: support management reporting and automated data insights.
