Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Cyber Technology Support Deputy Lead in Singapore. You will oversee the reliable operation, service quality, and lifecycle management of cybersecurity platforms and their supporting infrastructure, coordinating participation in new cyber initiatives and projects.

You will support the Infra CTS Lead in implementing security standards, run daily operations, and ensure readiness for new capabilities, including CDR 5.0 initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, technology service management, or related enterprise tech roles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cybersecurity platforms and their infrastructure dependencies.
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and service restoration in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Infra CTS Lead in day-to-day operational support of cybersecurity platforms and infrastructure.
• Coordinate daily work allocation, priorities, escalations, and reviews across the Infra CTS team.
• Monitor service levels, availability, and performance; drive remediation and improvements.
• Support incident, change, and lifecycle processes with proper documentation and evidence.
• Coordinate deployment, patching, and validation of security configurations and policies.
• Act as escalation point for L1/L2 cyber technology support and liaise with engineering teams.
