Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Cyber Technology Support Lead to drive reliable operation, service quality, and lifecycle execution of infrastructure-backed cybersecurity platforms. You will coordinate across Infrastructure, CISO, vendors, and app teams for new initiatives, including CDR 5.0, ensuring production-ready readiness and strong incident management.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in infrastructure operations, technology service management, cybersecurity technology support, platform operations, or related enterprise technology roles.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure, cyber technology support, platform operations, or production-support teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of operational support for enterprise cybersecurity platforms across endpoints, servers, network security, data protection, vulnerability, SIEM, cloud, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infra CTS team responsible for day-to-day operational support of cybersecurity platforms and their supporting infrastructure.
• Ensure cybersecurity technology services meet agreed service levels, availability targets, operational standards, and support commitments.
• Own service quality across incident, problem, change, request, capacity, availability, continuity, and lifecycle-management processes.
• Oversee patching, health monitoring, compatibility validation, rollout coordination, and remediation of coverage or version-compliance issues.
• Coordinate OS, appliances, firmware, scanner-plugin, and supporting platform patching per standards and change processes.
• Provide L1 and L2 cyber technology support, including troubleshooting, service restoration, and escalation management.
• Lead major operational escalations involving cybersecurity platforms and coordinate with vendors/CISO teams.
• Coordinate resources for new cybersecurity initiatives and projects, including deployment and production-readiness.
