Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Lead to manage security platforms and infrastructure at customer sites, ensuring tasks follow established policies and procedures.

You will coach a small team of engineers, drive service delivery metrics, and deliver accurate reports while mitigating risks to meet customer expectations and strengthen relationship and growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience guiding teams and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of security platforms and supporting infrastructure at customer sites.
• Act as the single point of contact for all operations-related matters to the Customer.
• Oversee and coach a small team of operations engineers.
• Develop and update operational framework, procedures, and documentation to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of operational reports and strict adherence to SLAs.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and drive service delivery improvements.
• Deliver positive security outcomes to support customer satisfaction and growth.
