Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives. You will translate objectives into executable plans and coordinate across technology, security, risk, procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders with clear governance and financial control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Experience delivering complex technology or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated environment.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, data, or security-platform delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects across the Bank.
• Develop and maintain project scope, delivery plans, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions logs.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cloud, identity, data, risk, audit, procurement, and operations teams.
• Manage project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and escalation of material risks or decisions.
• Track delivery outcomes, financials, vendor commitments, resource utilisation, and inter-project dependencies.
• Drive timely resolution of project risks, issues, control gaps, and blockers with defined owners and dates.
