Job summary

CROWN WORLDWIDE PTE LTD seeks an IT Manager to ensure the stability, security, and effectiveness of the IT environment across Singapore operations. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with stakeholder management to enable business growth and operational excellence.

The incumbent will oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, and technology projects, driving digital transformation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT infrastructure and support experience.
At least 2 years in an IT leadership, supervisory, or management capacity.
Experience supporting multiple business functions and stakeholders.
Experience managing third‑party vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day IT operations for Singapore offices, warehouses, and sites.
Ensure availability, performance, and security of networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user devices.
Lead cybersecurity policies, controls, and audits; support compliance activities.
Build strong partnerships with business leaders, regional IT teams, and external vendors.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and drive digital transformation.
