Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an Infrastructure Project Management Lead to steer a team of Project Managers through complex, multi-year Infra and Cybersecurity programs. You will provide strategic oversight, governance, and delivery assurance across cloud, data center, networks, IAM, and platform upgrades, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing project portfolios in banking or regulated industries.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Infrastructure and Cybersecurity programs.
• Strong understanding of Cloud, Data center operations, Networks/Firewalls, End-user services, IAM, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight across Infrastructure and Cybersecurity programs (data center, cloud, network, storage, end-user compute, IAM, platform upgrades).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope, on budget, and compliant with bank policies.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Project Managers; manage resources, performance, and delivery discipline.
• Establish and enforce PM frameworks, standards, and reporting to PSC and senior management.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Cybersecurity, Operations, Risk, and Business units.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting; drive cost optimization.
