Job summary

NTS COMPONENTS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage end-to-end sales order activities and daily customer communications in a manufacturing environment. You will liaise with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Quality and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong technical understanding of drawings and tolerances, and proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in customer service, quotation, or project handling in manufacturing/precision engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of drawings, processes, and tolerances.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from customers and manage order data in ERP/CRM with accuracy.
• Serve as main contact for orders and deliveries, communicating with customers promptly.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering to meet delivery commitments.
• Generate routine order reports (OTIF, backlog, shipments) for internal reviews.
• Support process improvements to ERP usage and customer portals.
